The Planning &
Zoning Commission invites citizens to speak on any City business item. In
accordance with the Open Meetings Act, comments of public interest will be
heard, but no action may be taken by the Planning & Zoning other than to
refer the item to a future agenda. Please complete and submit to the City Administrator
a “Public Meeting Appearance” sheet prior to the meeting.
1) Citizen’s Comments.

The Action Items are
intended to provide the Commission the opportunity to discuss the issue at hand
and ask questions of the applicant. Generally, the public is not to comment
during this time; however, the Chairperson may make an exception.
2) Discuss and Consider
the approval of the minutes from the April 10, 2008
Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting.

3) Discuss and consider the approval of
the preliminary plat for Grace Evangelical Free Church Lot 1R, Block A being a replat of Grace
Evangelical Free Church Addition as recorded in Volume K, Page 25, PRCCT out of
the James M. Snider Survey, Abstract No. 824 in the City of

a purposed amendment to the City of
Ordinances Chapter 14, Zoning Article 14.

and Uses regarding the refining the
definitions of accessory structures such as swimming
pools, basketball courts,
tennis courts, playground equipment, and the
use of an accessory building as
secondary residence.
5) Adjournment.
As authorized by Section
551.071 (2) of the Government Code, the Planning and Zoning
Commission may convene
into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal
advice from the City Attorney regarding any item on the agenda at any time
during the meeting.
