Notice is hereby given
that a Regular Meeting of the Home Rule Charter Commission of the City of Lucas
will be held on Monday, December 3, 2007, at 7:00 PM at the Lucas City Annex,
185 Country Club Road, Lucas, Texas, at which time the following Agenda will be
discussed.

The Home Rule Charter Commission invites citizens to speak on any
item. In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, comments of public interest
will be heard, but no action may be taken by the Home Rule Charter Commission
other than to refer the item to a future agenda. Please complete and submit to
the Chairperson a “Public Meeting Appearance” sheet prior to the meeting.
