Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Lucas will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2007, at 7:00 PM at the Lucas City Annex, 185 Country Club Road, Lucas, Texas, at which time the following Agenda will be discussed.

1) Discuss and Consider a request by Martha Jones for the Estate of Roberta

Crumpton and Sterling Development Group 2 for the approval of a preliminary

plat known as Lucas Crossing, Lots 1-8, Block A being 35.0237 acres situated

in the William Snider Survey, Abstract No. 821, City of Lucas, Collin County,

Texas. (Northeast corner of West Lucas Road and FM 2551)

As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) of the Texas Government Code, the City Council may

convene into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney regarding any item on the agenda at any time during the meeting.
