the approval of Ordinance # 2007-11-00607 of the City of
Lucas, Collin County, Texas amending the
code of ordinances, by amending 7,
Article 7.01, General Provisions, by
amending Section 7.01.03 titled “Clerk” by
repealing Section 7.01.003 in its entirety and
replacing with new Section 7.01.003,
providing for the appointment of a Municipal Court
Clerk and for the general duties
of the Municipal Court Clerk; repealing
provisions in conflict; providing a

# R-2007-11-00306 changing the
signature card for the LOGIC account to include
the signature of Finance Manger

Executive Session
The City Council may convene in Executive Session in accordance
with the Texas Government Code. All decisions regarding the
discussion of the Executive Session must be made in Open Session.
15) City Council pursuant to §551.071 of
the Texas Local Government Code may
convene into Executive Session regarding the
litigation between John Spencer,
Matt A. Freeman, Mary J. Freeman ET AL
and the City of
Utility District.

551.071 (2) of the
convene into closed Executive
Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from
the City Attorney regarding
any item on the agenda at any time during the meeting.
